We went to Greybull this weekend to go hunting, see Brent and Lindsey, see my grandparents and family, and ride NINA (the newest addition to our family!!!!!
We got up early in the morning!! We were all ready and excited to go!!!! Check out our way cool hunting hats!!!

Look at these 3 STUDS!!!
Here are the day's action shots. There were three buck deer that run by at the same time and two were taken down.
Mike got a nice 3 point. My dad and brother got their deer. Steve didn't get his, but we still had 2 of 3 successful!!

This is the killer bee that almost took my life :( Just kidding, but it was huge!!!! It was as big as a quarter. This pic makes it look smaller than it really was. It was amazing!!! Steve saved my life and swatted it to the ground with his hat!! Yeah for having a brave husband!!
Here we were about to hike up the left side of the "W". We hiked 1 and 1/2 hours in.
There is a creek that runs in the canyon. It disappears for a while so we have another sinks canyon in our Big Horn Mountains. It runs at the bottom and disappears half way through and reappears again closer to the top. Pretty Crazy!! We had fun exploring and glassing the other side for deer. There was also a gate we had to go around to get into the canyon. It was a very tiring hike, but totally worth it.
This is looking back at the "W" as we hiked up the canyon. It was beautiful in the canyon!!
These were some really neat rock formations in the canyon towards the top of the hike.
After the big hike, we got tierd on the drive to the next location. Sleepy Sleepy!!
We meet up with Brent and Lindsey and got to do a little hunting and visiting with them on Saturday. We got to see their place later on that night. It is looking ohhhh so good!
Boyz being Boyz!!!
My dad bought a horse from my friend in Green River. Nina is a 9 year old Peruvian horse. She is so sweet and we all fell in love with her. She is an excellent kid riding horse.
Doug and Erica's family came over to ride the Nina after church. It was fun to get to see and visit with them. We love you Doug and Erica!!!

I titled the post "mighty hunters" because that is my grandpa's saying. After we went hunting, we were quick to go and tell grandpa all about our day’s adventures and let him know the mighty hunters had returned successful!!!!! It was just not the same without grandpa. It was the first year he wasn't able to go hunting, but we defiantly kept him updated!
Later in the afternoon, on Sunday, we celebrated my grandpa's 85th birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Grandpa!!!!
We love you!!

Busy weekend! I'd say you were busy bees, but I don't want to remind you of the trauma from that HUGE BEAST OF A BEE! Crazy. Seriously, congrats on the hunt and I'm totally jealous because you got to hang out with some of my favorite people.
Oh, and Happy Birthday to your cute Grandpa!
Ah, Steve got skunked...too bad for him. Looks like you guys had a fun time though. I fully expect some game meat when we come and visit.
