Saturday we took a day trip to Bear Lake! SO FUN!

It was such a perfect day!

Day Trip...

Steve had Saturday off and our friends Brock and Sarah invited us to go hiking with them. It was a blast!! We went outside of Lander ( it's a little under a 2 hour drive)... Steve and I lived there so we knew some fun sites to go see! This is Sinks Canyon where the river sinks into the mountain and doesn't come up for a couples miles down the road. We also got to feed the HUGE fish where the river comes out of the mountain.

For all you spider lovers...Sarah found this big spider...EEKKKK!!

The side profile is more gross!! I feel like I have spiders crawling all over me just looking at it!

We went hiking to the waterfalls. Its about 1 hour in, but so fun and way beautful!!

The falls are SO beautiful! I took this pic the last time we were there so it was fall as you can tell. It's only the top half, so it's no the best pic but you get the drift!

Once you get to the waterfalls, you can go on a trail that takes you to this GEM! Its a rock water slide!

Of course I had to try it! I had been there before, but didn't go down the slide so I made sure to take advantage this time!! SOOOO fun, and BUTT cold!

Totally worth the experience and can't wait to do it again!!

Girls Week...

The week started off Monday with pedicures, shopping, and lunch! My first pedicure ever and I have to say it was SOOO nice!!!

It was funny ...we all chose a different color of red.

Red just is the best color!

Girls Night!!

Wednesday I had girls night at my house. We played yard darts for a little while before it was too chilly!

Lake Powell...where swimming never has to end

We got to go to Lake Powell for a week with our friends...best trip ever!! SO much fun!!

 Cliff jumping was also one of my favorites! Brookwas the only one to jump from the highest part...I love cliff jumping, but the highest part was too high for me...I was a wuss!

And of course I LOVE wakeboarding!

My biggest jump of the weekend...you will notice it's just a baby one, but hey that's ok:)

Camping and Wedding Time...

We went camping outside of Lander, WY up by the lakes on the mountain...This year I got to be in charge of the Casey family reunion and here are a few of my activities I planned...

Camping Combat Challenge:

**Darren Casey happened to be the one I had all the pics of for each station, hence him being the model in all the pics!! :)

Station 1- lay on bench and wait for the wistle sound (imitating the firealarm going off)

Station 2- Go through the tunnel (this was imitating the tone going off in the middle of the night and firefighters being disorientated and having to make their way to the truck)

Station 3- Put on all the fire fighter turnout gear

Station 4- Roll up hose and place nicely on stump

Station 5-Bandage the hurt Cheerleader

Station 6- Run to blow out the fire (we had a lighter lit and they had to blow out the flame)

Then we called "Time" and wrote their time down. We all had a TON of fun!!!

I had a modified version of all the stations for all the kids. They LOVED it and were SOOO cute!

The winner was awarded a toy fire truck.

Everyone watching, cheering on the constantants, and waiting for their turn in the challange!!

My second game was "The Longest Drive". Each adult had ONE chance to see how far into the lake they could hit the golfball with a six iron. The winner was awarded a kid toy set of golf clubs.

How every morning is started if Steve is by water...FISHING!!!

My sister Tami got married in Tensleep, Wy and it was SOO beautiful! I got to be a bridesmaid!
